Every adventure enthusiast dreams of climbing the peak point of the Himalayan mountains i.e. Mount Everest.

Even though all the mountaineers are well trained and well equipped to face difficult situations, still in the face of adversity, even a small movement becomes a Herculean task.

Mountaineering is not done in a single day, it takes many days and that depends on many conditions especially the weather conditions of the mountains. From this point of view, for mountaineers or mountain climbers, shelter is of very much importance. High mountains like the Himalayas require many days of camping. Base Camp is a mountain area which is used for staging an attempt at the summit. Such camps are positioned in a way so as to provide safety from harsh weather conditions of the summit to the mountain climbers. Depending on the height of the summit, a mountain can have many camps above the base camp. The Mount Everest has camps I to IV above the Base Camp.

Mountaineering gives the adrenaline rush to the adventure junkies still it is one of the most dangerous activities in the world. There are many hazards involved in mountaineering which are like adverse climatic conditions, avalanches, equipment failure, fatigue, etc. and these situations can sometimes even lead to loss of life.

Still, no glory is achieved in life without taking risks in life. If you want to enjoy and live your life to the fullest, then include adventure in your life, take risks in life. Don’t just pass your life, live it.
