“If you tell the truth, you don’t have to remember anything.”
― Mark Twain
When a person tells a lie, that one lie can lead to many more lies and also the person has to remember all the facts that he presents in front of others.
But if one speaks the truth then he doesn’t have to remember any manipulated fact because all the things are already there in his mind. It also is a well-known fact that in howsoever way one tries to hide the truth, the truth will come out in one or the other way. Truth cannot be hidden for a long time.
I also believe in trying always to tell the truth because truth never fails and when you tell a lie you have to be extra careful and it is better to speak the truth and be carefree. Also when one tells a lie, the burden of that lies weigh a lot on one’s conscience.
So make truth your motto of life.
